There are two connectors on the shoulder and one on the centre of the chest. This design makes the chains of ceramic beads fall gracefully on your chest and on your back. The textile is ceremonial from the town of Aguacatán. Mayans wear this specific, hand-woven textile as a belt and only for their ceremonies, rituals, and speciel occasions.
