Use this downloadable pdf sewing pattern to make your postpartum panties in the popular bummies style. For US or A4 sized paper, projector, or A0 copyshop printing.
This is our regular panty! It has a little more room in the front to accommodate the postpartum body. Our liner is one of the largest available, and covers the entire vulva.
Like our other Bum Hugger patterns, this one is designed for elastic-free leg openings. Leave off the elastic entirely for a loose fit postpartum underwear.
Pattern options: There are three versions included - a super high rise and wide gusset, a high rise with narrower gusset, and a high rise tanga panty.
Difficulty: Suitable for beginners!
Fabric: Horizontal stretch of 60%. Vertical stretch is not necessary, but will make your panty more comfortable when sitting. Bamboo/spandex, merino wool rib knit, merino/spandex, cotton/spandex. The liner can be made from non-stretch fabrics.
Yardage: Two panties per yard of material.
Special supplies needed: ¼” elastic for the waistband.

Size range: 11 sizes from XXS to 5X that fit 35” - 71” (89 - 180 cm) hip
Fit: Negative ease (very fitted).
