This is not a physical garment or pattern and nothing will be mailed to you. Carli is a fun knit top with a crossover or slightly looser, twist back option. Both options are reversible and can be worn with the crossover or twist in back or front. Youth Carli Features: •Made for knit fabrics. •2 bodice options: a crossover or a slightly looser twist back. •Both options are designed to be reversible. Wear the crossover or twist in the front or back. •Front neckline is a hemmed scoop. •5 sleeve options: tank top, short sleeve, 3/4 sleeve, long sleeve, and long sleeve with cuff. •Includes video tutorial for twist back option.   Sizes (includes both imperial and metric measurements): •Fits sizes 1/2 (about 9-12 months) to 14. •Chest sizes 19-32 or 46.2-81.2 cm •Waist sizes 19.5-28 or 49.5-71.1 cm •Hip sizes 19.5-34 of 49.5-86.3 cm   Skill level: •Confident beginner Suggested Fabrics: •Fabric content will affect the drape and fit. Drafted for light to medium weight 4 way knit with at least 30% stretch. 2-way stretch fabrics are not recommended. •Sweater knits, rib knits, modal, and rayon blends are recommended for a looser drapey top, perfect for athletic or leisurewear. •A looser sweater knit will give a slouchier look and some sweater knits may ‘grow’ in length and width with wear. •A knit with less stretch or a lot of recovery, or a knit with more structure, such as cotton lycra, DBP, stretch velvets, and rayon french terry, will look more fitted and have more structure. Notions: •Tank top option: 3/8 clear elastic. •Optional: 1/2 wash away hem tape, knit twin needle, 1/4 or 3/8 clear elastic. •Basics: thread, pins or clips, scissors, ruler, hem gauge, and marking tool.
